Back in February 2008 I build my own external disk drive for my Amiga 500.
The circuit takes care of the differences between the Amiga and the PC disk drives, the only modification (not required*) to the drive being the bypass of the density sensor.

* Only required to use HD floppies without the need to close the HD density hole with tape.

The Commodore MPS-1250 dot matrix printer is a rebadged Citizen 120D+. It have a 9pin print head, can print text at a speed of 120cps on draft mode, and graphics at up to 240x216dpi
It have both a parallel centronics port and an IEC serial port.

The manual is very complete, listing every single control code and escape sequence supported by the printer. With demostration BASIC programs for most of them.

The manual is scanned at 300dpi black & white, with the exception of the covers, which are in color.
