About the author

the_woz

Pablo Roldán is a 31 years old Argentinean male, born in Bahia Blanca and currently living in Trelew.
Graduated as Electronic Technician from highschool but now works as a independent woodcrafter in his little workshop.

His passion for computers started when his family bought him an used Commodore 64 in 1990. His main machine throughout the 1990's (and still sparingly using it until today), the C64 sparkled his passion for coding and discover the machine's inner workings.
In the late 1990's, he adquired his dreamed computer, an Amiga 500, which only reinforced his belief that, somehow, the computer industry lost a lot of innovative and many time better design solutions in all the "Windows 3.0/Multimedia PC" craze that populariced the PC-Compatible platform in the early 1990's.

A fan of Sci-Fi/Cyberpunk movies and series, the_woz rediscovered anime when he got bored of watching the same episodes of Star Trek TNG reruns.

Still obsesed with 8-bit computers, he own a little collection of old computers, and tries to code or create something new for this machines every now and then.
